Do I have to be home when Reliance Cleaners clean?
This is your home. We can work around you. However, if you decide to leave, please leave a key or code with us at your first clean so we can get it or lock up. The key/code will be stored safely afterwards.
What if I need to cancel my cleaning?
We ask that you call 24 hours in advance to cancel a cleaning. A $30 cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled cleaning.
How should I pay my for house cleaning?
You may pay with cash, check or Venmo.
How do I know my valuables are safe?
We are insured and bonded up to $2 million. If you have any special valuables or irreplaceable items, please put them away in a safe location that will not be disturbed by the cleaning. You may also make your cleaner aware of any items you are concerned about.
